Mac Cregor Energy focuses on three major management systems namely; Human Resource Management System, Quality Management System (QMS) and the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management System.

The Human Resource Management System concerns itself with the company’s workforce, including recruitment, training, performance management, and compensation.

These are in 3 levels Administrative, Executive and Supervisory which systematically pay special attention to Mac Cregor Energy’s daily Company operations to better satisfy the requirements and expectations of our customers and to improve the overall performance of Mac Cregor Energy.

The Quality Management System, ensures that the company meets its customers’ quality requirements, and that its products and services meet industry standards. To achieve this, we monitor and analyze all relevant processes and act to achieve all planned deliverables to our clients.

Mac Cregor also subscribes to the Health, Safety, and Environment Management System ensures that the company operates in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, and that employees are trained and equipped to work safely in a hazardous environment.
